Todd grew up in the decorative hardware business, working under his father's direction, and has been a catalyst in moving the company where it is today. He has helped develop every department within the company. Today he coordinates all field take-offs, making sure our image, as it relates to service, is the best it can be.

Patt has been selling decorative hardware and plumbing for over 18 years. She joined Dallas North Builders Hardware in 1996 in the position of showroom consultant.

David's career in the decorative hardware business has spanned over 20 years. He began as a driver for the Hardware House where he received several promotions, including sales. He joined Dallas North Builders Hardware in 1993 in the position of showroom consultant.

Ben joined Dallas North Builders Hardware in March of 2000 in the position of Custom Orders Coordinator. His responsibilities included ordering and filling all custom home packages and handling all product warranty issues and returns. In 2005 he was promoted to Head of Purchasing / Showroom Consultant. Ben is working in the new Frisco showroom as a showroom consultant and still oversees all customer quotations.

Patricia’s career in the decorative hardware and plumbing business has spanned over 25 years. She joined Dallas North Builders Hardware in 2007 in the position of showroom consultant for the new Frisco showroom.
 

RANDY N. GRISHAM - Director of Sales & Marketing

Randy's sales experience covers 28 years. He started a plumbing manufacturers rep firm in 1982 in Dallas. He has worked in the capacity of District Sales Manager for Grohe America and as a Regional Sales Manager for Aqua Glass Corporation. His hobbies include art, music, hunting, fishing and golf.

JAMES "SKIP" DAVIS - Warehouse Manager

James joined the company in 1998 in the position of company driver. His duties also included filling orders and checking in sold merchandise and products to be inventoried. In 2005 he was promoted to Warehouse Manager, where his responsibilities include daily communication with job superintendents, handling all orders for the sales department and maintaining warehouse inventory levels.

JONATHAN SMITH - Custom Orders Coordinator

Jonathan joined the company in 1999. His responsibilities include ordering and filling all custom home packages. He also handles all product warranty issues and returns.

SHAWN BRISCOE - Tract Orders Coordinator & Keying Expert

Shawn joined Dallas North Builders Hardware in May of 2005. He is responsible for filling all tract orders for the company. He also coordinates all internal keying and re-keying services for our customers.

FRANK JUAREZ - Company Driver

Frank delivers daily orders to our customers. He also helps in the receiving department, making sure urgent products get scheduled for immediate delivery and inventoried merchandise is kept at an accurate level.
